Refund Eligibility
At StellaVogue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items are eligible for refund within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
- Lingerie and swimwear must have hygiene seals intact
- Final sale items marked "non-refundable" are excluded
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your StellaVogue account
- Navigate to "Order History" and select the item(s) you wish to return
- Complete the return request form
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
- Package your item securely with the original packaging
- Ship using the provided return label
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your original payment method will be credited
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- International customers: customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage/defect
- We will arrange for a free return and full refund or replacement
Important Notes
- We recommend using trackable shipping for returns
- StellaVogue is not responsible for items lost in return transit
- Refused deliveries will incur a restocking fee
- Excessive returns may result in account restrictions
